Dakudan The Craftificer ("Dakudan", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you visit this website, contact us through Facebook Messenger, or request a custom commission.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Your name, contact details, country, delivery address and preferred language.
- Facebook Messenger identifiers and information made available by Meta, such as your Page-scoped user ID, profile name, messages, quick-reply selections and timestamps.
- Commission details, descriptions, reference images, documents, 3D files and other attachments you choose to submit.
- Quotation, payment-status, delivery and order-progress information. We do not ask you to send payment-card details through Messenger.
- Basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website and webhook service.
2. Messenger image-to-order flow
When you send images or files through Messenger, we securely capture the attachment metadata and references so we can ask whether you want to begin a commission. Receiving an attachment does not automatically create an order. A draft order is created only after you select “Create an Order” or otherwise give clear confirmation. Additional references sent during the same intake session are associated with that draft.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to communicate with you, understand and assess your idea, prepare quotations, create and manage orders, provide progress updates, arrange payment and delivery, maintain customer support, prevent abuse, secure our systems and comply with legal obligations. We may use your preferred language to respond in Thai or English.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process information when it is necessary to respond to your request or perform a commission agreement, when you have given consent, when we must meet a legal obligation, or when we have a legitimate interest in safely operating and improving our service. You may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is necessary with trusted providers that support website hosting, secure storage, messaging, payment processing or delivery. Your use of Messenger is also governed by Meta’s own terms and privacy policy. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, our service or others.
6. Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. Access to commission records and private attachments is restricted to authorized administration. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, fulfil and document an order, resolve disputes, protect the service and meet legal or accounting requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.
7. International processing
Our technology providers may process information outside your country. Where this occurs, we use providers and safeguards intended to protect the information consistently with applicable privacy requirements.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, receive, restrict or delete your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Our commission service is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher age for valid consent, a parent or legal guardian must act for the child. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission.
